BBQ Beans
This is a great, really simple side dish for a barbecue; BBQ Beans. I don’t always add the bacon, because if I do I can’t eat them, but it is a great side either way. And it makes a great wintertime lunch, too.
BBQ Beans

- 1 large can beans
- 1 tsp or more mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 pound bacon
Grease large baking pan.
Mix all ingredients except bacon, pour into baking pan.
Place strips of bacon on top.
Cook for 45 minutes or 1 hour at 350F.
Great way of making a can of beans taste like you’ve spent hours cooking them from scratch.
