Roast Potatoes are one of my favourites. And my Mom, of course, makes the best roasters.

Simple yet perfectly fluffy inside with a crispy outside.

Mom’s Roast Potatoes

Mom’s Roast Potatoes

  • Potatoes – peeled and cut into chunks
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Parboil the potatoes for ten minutes.

Drain into colander and shake well to roughen up the edges.

Roast potatoes, coated in olive oil, until crispy and perfect.

Simple!
