  • Approx 2 cup rice – I used some left over Homemade Rice-a-roni
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • splash of soy sauce – your taste applies here
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Cook rice by preferred method.  As I was using left over Homemade Rice-a-roni I didn’t have to do this! Win!

Heat oil in a large frying pan.  Once at a medium heat, place tuna in pan, stirring constantly 1- 2 minutes. Break up any big chunks, so there will be a consistent flavour.

Add rice, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.

Add frozen peas, cooking for another minute or so.

Season with soy sauce.

Serve with sweet chilli or soy sauce.
