Soy and Honey Glazed Sausages

I really must take photographs of the store here.  I am faced with the choice of chicken on the bone, chicken legs, sausages, ground beef and prepared fish each week and believe me it is hard to come up with something a bit different for meals.

So, choosing sausages I indulged in some fridge gazing and decided to glaze the sausages tonight.  Onion would have been a good addition but there was a blizzard yesterday and the plane didn’t make it in.  So, no onions.

Allan said he would like this again, so simple won out!

Soy and Honey Glazed Sausages

  • 6 sausages of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Pre-heat the oven to 350.

Put the sausages onto an oven tray. Mix the soy sauce with the honey and thyme and pour over the sausages.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, making sure to turn the sausages every so often in the sticky glaze.
