Blueberry Crumble

Crumble is one of the easiest things in the world to make.  And one of the most comforting.


It is also a great way to get more fruit into someone who might not like to eat too many vegetables or fruit.

Sneaky, huh?

Any kind of fruit is good, with some it is a good idea to toss the fruit in a tablespoon of flour, as it will thicken up the released juices.

Crumble

  • 1 C All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 C Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1t Cinnamon
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 C (5T)Unsalted Butter, cold, cut into small cubes

Combine above ingredients using your fingers, until crumbly.

Cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for around 40 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
