Saint Valentine’s French Toast

It was Valentine’s Day… what can I say?

I am a complete sap when it comes to any excuse to tell my husband how much I love him. Heck, I even write “I ❀ U” in ketchup beside his scrambled eggs.

So, despite not having a heart shaped cutter I had to make his Valentine’s breakfast heart shaped.

I don’t really use a recipe for French Toast.
Just beat two eggs with a splash of milk and a sprinkle of cinamonn and nutmeg.

Dip the bread into the egg mixture and put into a hot pan until brown, turn and brown the other side.

Serve with maple syrup and lots of kisses.
