Spaghetti Pie
There are so many ways to make a spaghetti pie, but I prefer to keep it simple.
It is a great lunch and takes very little time to throw together. The fact it is a good way to use up leftovers is also another point in its favour as far as I am concerned.
I like to serve it with a good dash of Tabasco and some more grated parmesan cheese.
Spaghetti Pie
- Precooked Spaghetti
- Pasta sauce – with or without meat
- Grated cheeses
Press spaghetti into dish to form “crust”.
Top with spaghetti sauce and grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx 20 minutes lightly covered with tinfoil and finish off for five minutes after removing the tinfoil.

Have you ever frozen it?
I have never had the chance. My husband likes it too much to let any get that far!
I’ve never made spaghetti pie. How fun and interesting.
It is really not a recipe as much as a way of making a really fast lunch!! I love the idea of it and we both love eating it. Too much, maybe…
